Delivery fee schedule
- Less than 10-mile radius - $25.00 / with setup - $45.00
- 11 – 20-mile radius - $45.00 / with setup - $65.00
- 20 – 30-mile radius - $65.00 / with setup - $85.00
*Above prices may vary based on number of people to cater and minimum number of people required for delivery.
Catering Fee
A full-service catering fee is available upon request at a cost of $350.00 for 125 people & up, $400.00 for 75-125 people. This service includes buffet table set-up, maintenance, and cleanup. Call us to know more about our full-service buffet catering service.
Equipment Rental
You can rent equipment with us for a nominal fee. All we need is your credit card information in lieu of a deposit. This is to ensure that you return our equipment on time, with no damages. All equipment must be returned to Moyer's Catering within 2 days of your event, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. There will be no charge on your credit card if the equipment is returned on said condition.
- Hot box rental - $1.00 per box
- Chafing dish rental - $10.00 per dish
- Extra sternos -$2.00 each
- Punch fountain - $75.00
We accept payment in cash or check upon pick-up, delivery or catering for your event. Credit cards are accepted at pick-up or in advance over the phone for deliveries or catered events. There is a 3% service charge for all credit cards. Weddings and other contracted events are subject to the terms set forth in the contract.
